Traumatic Right Subclavian Artery Obstruction with Dissection

Abstract

|
Traumatic vessel injuries are critical in major vessels, aorta, subclavian, iliac, femoral and mesenteric vessels. Their insufficiency of blood cause a ischemic chage , follwed by pain, weakeness and necrosis. In this report, we present a successful surgical case of traumatic subclavian artery stenosis with diffuse arterial dissection. The patient had suffered by pain and weakeness on exertion. We performed a bypass operation between proximal and distal right subclavian artery.
